Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 510 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
  • Strong GCC experience, preferably within UAE / ADNOC projects.
  • Proven experience handling Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) scope in large-scale construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of EPC contracts, measurement methods, and commercial practices.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) will be responsible for the full commercial management of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works on a major Oil & Gas construction project in Ruwais. The role involves cost control, quantity take-offs, subcontract administration, progress measurement, variation management, and claims support in line with contract requirements and project specifications.
