Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Python and modern frameworks (such as Django, FastAPI, or Frappe).
Integrate and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for various services and client applications.
Optimize performance and scalability of existing systems.
Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and enforce best practices.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards.
5+ years of experience developing backend applications in Python.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.
Proficiency with at least one major Python framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Frappe).
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
Understanding of asynchronous programming, Celery, or Redis is a plus.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
