Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting advanced market analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications, working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales.
  • Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring products meet customer needs and quality standards.
  • Working closely with product managers to define product vision and strategy, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Assessing product performance metrics and utilizing data-driven insights to inform enhancements and drive adoption.
  • Acting as a product champion, advocating for customer needs and representing the voice of the customer in all product discussions.
  • Preparing detailed product documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and training materials.
  • Facilitating product training sessions for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and product positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering).

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or product specialist roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, product development, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficient in using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and a strong understanding of industry trends.
