Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of related product roadmaps and backlog management.
- Drive enhancements for customer onboarding journeys and assist in reshaping digital touchpoints with a focus on customer-centricity and personalization.
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned features and initiatives, including requirements gathering, documentation, test planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.
- Collaborate closely with technology, design, operations, and business teams to refine and deliver platform capabilities.
- Act as a recognized expert in customer onboarding , KYC and account services , providing strategic input and domain-specific recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct solution assessments, market research, and competitor benchmarking to enhance product development.
- Participate in the vendor evaluation and selection process and support the ongoing management of vendor relationships for the owned products and services
- Support ROI measurement and reporting efforts on digital features and capabilities for the owned products and services
- Provide mentorship and oversight to product analysts where applicable.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor Degree from a recognized university In Business , or any related fields. (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP) certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product analysis or Management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector with a Proven track record in managing product roadmaps and feature lifecycles
Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
Solid understanding of digital transformation concepts and trends within the financial services industry.
Leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Exposure to AI-driven product innovation
