Highlight areas of concern and suggest corrective actions/ mitigation measures for implementation by Contractor and Project Team. Conduct "what if' and schedule risk analysis when required, to anticipate unforeseen changes to the project and quantify potential impact & mitigation plans./li>

Estimate progress achieved for all assigned Contracts to calculate Value of Work Done at every month end for the purpose of Service Entry Sheets (SES)./li>

Verify reported progress for all assigned contracts in coordination with all stakeholders./li>

Provide all relevant schedule input and estimated progress phasing for annual Budget/AFE preparation, subsequent revisions, and supplementary Budgets./li>

Analyze reasons for progress and schedule variance for providing input to Budget variance report./li>

Determine Time Impact related to scope changes addressed in Change Impact Notes and Work Change Requests (WCR)./li>

Review and assess Contractor Extension of Time (EoT) claims using international norms and time impact analysis processes./li>

Participate in the development and implementation of various Project Planning Procedures and Work Instructions./li>

Operate within the framework of an integrated Project Control & Project Services function, established Corporate Management policies, internationally recognized standard Industry Practices, and contracting procedures./li>

Key accountability for maintenance of Integrated Resource planning system for all assigned Projects./li>

Key accountability for project planning activities in various stages of project(s) definition and execution./li>

Endorse Planning related deliverables / aspects in Contract Request Document (CRD) for initiation of tenders./li>

Endorse/Reject Contractor Planning Package./li>

Determine estimated Project Completion Date and time impact assessment for Technical Deviation Requests (TDR)/ Change Impact Notes (CIN)./li>

Endorse/ Reject Contractor submissions related to time impact on WCRs and TDRs./li>

Endorse/ Reject claimed cumulative progress claimed in Contractor invoices, as applicable./li>

Accountable for the progress phasing for annual Budget/AFE preparation, subsequent revisions./li>

Regular interaction with other members of the Project Team as well as Contractors for performance of the duties./li>

Interact, as required, with other Departments/other Project groups to assess any possible interface constraints with any other Project, Department or Operational/Shutdown activities./li>

Project site work during project construction, installation, commissioning and handover Phases./li>

Regular interface and progress meetings with Contractor and Supplier representatives including managerial level./li>

Regular interface and management meetings with end users./li>

Constantly facing the challenge of prioritizing numerous assignments in a multi-project environment and timely delivery of the same while maintaining the required quality./li>
