SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (BUILDING SERVICES)

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Building Environmental Engineering

• Chartered / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.

•12+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical Building Services Engineering (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, drainage, irrigation, building compressed air, building medical gas), utility network layouts, onshore/offshore Oil & Gas installations, with Consultant/Contractor and/or client lead background.

•Proficiency in use of design software such as Carrier E20, Hevacomp, and Knowledgeable in drafting software such as AutoCAD.

• Experience in construction, commissioning and start-up activities.

•Provide technical design and engineering services in Mechanical Building Services Engineering for all assigned engineering projects.

• Experienced working within multi discipline/cultural environment.

• Experienced in resolving technical challenges related to Mechanical Building Services and adjacent discipline issues.

• Ability to prioritise and conclude multiple tasks in a timely manner to meet scheduled deadlines alongside unscheduled urgent activities.

• Ability to coordinate with and promote teamwork amongst stakeholders, co-workers and external organisations.

• Fluency in English with good verbal and writing communication skills and proficiency for conducting presentation.

**Attractive Day rate & allowances**

**Contract duration: 1-2 years (may be extendable)**

**Work Schedule: 5 days per week & 8-10 hours per day**
