Job Summary: The role will be responsible for managing and leading the ERP Solution lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of ERP systems aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP applications meet organizational needs and support digital transformation strategies. Drive process improvements through ERP capabilities, ensuring high system performance, user adoption, and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics).
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery for ERP support and upgrades.
• Ensure alignment of ERP capabilities with evolving business requirements.
• Govern ERP change management, configuration, testing, and documentation processes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and effective communication across departments.
• Oversee ERP project execution within time, scope, and budget.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP ecosystem.
• Evaluate emerging ERP technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

Experience & Qualifications:

Essential Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Work Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with 6+ years in ERP system management or implementation.

Technical Skills: ERP platforms, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, system integration, business process optimization.
