Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development to join our growing team. This role will focus on expanding our client base, enhancing partnerships, and supporting the growth of our middle-mile delivery services and FMCG fulfilment operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities with FMCG companies, e-commerce platforms, and logistics partners.


Conduct client meetings (onsite and virtual) to present Front Door s value proposition and tailored delivery solutions.


Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide strategic outreach.


Develop and implement sales plans; maintain an active pipeline and deliver regular updates to senior management.


Support the achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets and overall revenue goals.


Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.


Requirements


Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, or B2B logistics services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.

Analytical thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Must have a valid driver s license and MUST HAVE A CAR.

3PL experience is a must, whether in sales or operations.
