Function and Scope

Responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of water & wastewater plants,
systems, & equipment as per project time/budget/specifications at any location over the world.

Responsibilities and Duties

The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the
employee(s) in this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and activities required of the position and the employee may be required to perform additional tasks within reason, at the request of their supervisor or Manager.

• Assess the plant s equipment installation, and readiness for pre-commissioning and evaluate the plant status
  before the start of commissioning as per the drawing.
• Testing and commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and evaluation of the different types of water and
  wastewater treatment plants (UF, RO, STP, Demin .etc) with in the project time frame & budget.
• Communication with company departments to get all information and required documents.
• Dealing and communicating with consultants, clients, vendors, and suppliers for all commissioning
  requirements and activities.
• Closing commissioning punch points and handing over the plants.
• Lead/ supervise the plant s Operation and Maintenance during commissioning and reliability test.
• Prepare all commissioning documentation and Test sheets.
• Lead/supervise and guide the site team to perform the required commissioning activities according to the
  project schedule.
• Provide signed copy of project commissioning reports, test sheets, certificates, time sheet, MOM etc.
• Ensuring the safe environmental for the work execution by applying company rules and HSE.
• Any other activities related to company business as per direct supervisor /line manager instruction.
• Preparing the lessons learned and sharing the feedback.
• Maintain, implement, and improve the BU QHSSE Management System in line with Corporate QHSSE
  Policies, Objectives, Manuals and Procedures, integration with business operations and ISO Standard
  requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
• Promote the QHSSE Culture to achieve best QHSSE performance that safeguards human health, operational
  safety, protection of the environment and resources, all while delivering world-class quality products and
  services.
• Report QHSSE risks and impacts, carry out assigned tasks and duties in accordance with QHSSE Standards
  and KPIs, and ensure the safety of personnel under their authority at all times.

Minimum number of years experience

• Above 12 years, experience in water & wastewater plants commissioning.
