Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating technical knowledge of the Document Control System and processes.
  • Applying excellent working knowledge of ACONEX.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing design submittals and distributing routine correspondence as required.
  • Planning, allocating and evaluating workloads to meet project requirements through effective time management skills.
  • Showing detail-oriented skills.
  • Adapting effectively to change.
  • Communicating strongly in English, both written and verbal.
  • Using initiative to provide practical solutions to complex issues and proposing areas for continual improvement.
  • Encouraging teamwork to develop and maintain an effective team environment.

Qualifications

  • Aconex experience and certification is a requirement.
  • PMIS systems experience is Required
  • Must be an Arabic Speaker

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
