Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handel customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage the social media accounts for handling complaints and inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional support.
- Engage with the customers and leave positive feedback.
- Analyse the customer's feedback to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancing the company's services and the customer experience as a whole.
- Conduct outreach activities to attract new customers (both individuals and corporates).
- Prepare and deliver reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Very good command of the English language
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in social media moderation, engaging with customers, and building strong relationships with them.
- Experience in real estate is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and nurturing relationships with customers
- Skilled in analysing the customer's feedback and generating reports to enhance the company's services
- Dedicated, self-motivated, and can work independently
- Enthusiastic about customer service and supporting customers
