Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handel customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and manage the social media accounts for handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional support.
  • Engage with the customers and leave positive feedback.
  • Analyse the customer's feedback to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancing the company's services and the customer experience as a whole.
  • Conduct outreach activities to attract new customers (both individuals and corporates).
  • Prepare and deliver reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in social media moderation, engaging with customers, and building strong relationships with them.
  • Experience in real estate is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and nurturing relationships with customers
  • Skilled in analysing the customer's feedback and generating reports to enhance the company's services
  • Dedicated, self-motivated, and can work independently
  • Enthusiastic about customer service and supporting customers
