KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to
Customers, Consultants, Project execution team and Sub-contractors.
Conduct market research on the upcoming technologies expected to impact the AV side of
business and maintain an understanding of existing account base needs and gaps. Work
towards getting upcoming technologies to bridge the gap.
Actively participate and lead customer presentations and systems demonstrations utilizing
technical knowledge, sales skills and business acumen for entire ELV product portfolio to
assist in driving opportunities that create growth.
Conduct facility on-site assessments and collate all data and documentation required for
proposal response.
Responsible for selling products & solutions to assigned customers by developing
relationships with key managers from different key accounts. Key account mapping including
developing relationship with decision makers.
Achieve Orders, Invoicing, Margins & Collections as per the Budget/KRA.
Budgeting, forecasting, reporting & periodic review with BU Head.
Improvement of customer satisfaction through number of customer visits, market share per
market segment, new customers / period etc.
Generating leads, Preparation of RFP/Tender response, Queries & Bid closure.
Identify new business opportunities, new products and brands for addition to existing
business.
Maintain proper database on market information & competitors.12. Understand internal business process, regulations and documentary compliances of the
company.
KEY REQUIREMENT:
Required Sales related field experience for AV Systems & other ELV systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of AV Systems, Projection Systems, Control Systems etc., and
demonstrated experience in integration of various other associated ELV systems.
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management / key account management
Experience of at least 6 to 8 years in Sales of AV systems & other ELV systems – preferably
having GCC experience.
Experience with pre-sales development of AV projects (surveys, cost estimates etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Technical writing experience preferred.
Well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales
obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Demonstrated computer skills - particularly for proposal preparation and presentation.
Ability to interact with customer at senior management levels.
