Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of fit-out and interior construction projects. Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Supervise site execution and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure efficient completion. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality and safety standards. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and present updates to management. Manage procurement of materials and ensure optimal resource utilization. Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any technical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in fit-out/interior works in the UAE. Strong understanding of construction drawings, finishing materials, and MEP coordination. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools. UAE driving license preferred.
