Roles & Responsibilities

The Job Description

  1. Drive CAB meetings, review change tickets, work with customers, conduct trend analysis, contribute to develop service improvements, post implementation reviews on failed changes amongst other operational tasks.
  2. Produce and Analyse Change Record Reports to determine trends and drive action to improve trends in a positive direction.
  3. Review, Authorize, Reject, or refer back the changes. Access the impact of changes, in order to identify and mitigate risks. Must be able to exercise pushback effectively at all levels.
  4. Issue and revise Change calendars and schedules in conjunction with customer leadership teams.
    Liaison with all necessary parties to coordinate Changes and maintain relationships. Teamwork and collaboration across different workgroups.
  5. Build and maintain alignment with multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with other suppliers that support internal customers when solutions have cross dependencies.
    6. Leverage the expertise of other teams across the organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years as a Change Manager Leading CAB meetings
  • Proficient knowledge of Change Management Platforms and Technologies.
  • Experience designing CAB definitions based on customer requirement and driving the CAB meeting using CAB Workbench.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills / Strong Customer Service skills. Effective at developing and maintaining strong customer and team relationships.
  • High attention to detail, quality and accuracy. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Must work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based, Customer Service oriented environment.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and handle the pressure in critical/difficult circumstances.
  • Experience in creating, managing and maintaining process diagrams and process definition documents. Gather and analyse requirements to improve existing processes.
  • Experience in defining, measuring and trending KPIs and process metrics.
