Job Description

The position of Senior Account Executive is an essential role within our organization, responsible for managing and growing key client accounts while ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and satisfaction. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, driving strategic account management and identifying opportunities for enhancing client value. You will also be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure that client goals are met efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets. In this role, your ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions will significantly contribute to the company s growth and success.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts with strategic oversight.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to identify needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their business outcomes.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalate as necessary for quick remediation.
  • Mentor and guide junior account executives to foster team development and success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or sales role preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and generate specific solutions.
  • Experience with CRM software for managing and tracking client interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
