Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards by using personal protective equipment and proper ventilation methods.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve production goals and meet project timelines.
• Document work processes and maintain records of paint inventory and usage.
• Dispose of hazardous materials according to company regulations and environmental laws.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on painting machinery and equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest painting techniques and safety protocols in the industry.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Hands-on experience using spray painting equipment and mixing paint solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
• Knowledge of different paint types, thinners, and application methods in industry.
• Commitment to safety precautions and personal protective equipment usage guidelines.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise painting tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
