To carry out surface preparation and spray painting activities on oil and gas infrastructure, ensuring high-quality finishes and corrosion protection, while utilizing rope access techniques in compliance with IRATA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces in advance of painting by pressure washing, sand and scraping, and cleaning.
• Mask off detectors, vents, sensors, fiber structures and other surfaces which no need to paint.
• Use drop cloths to cover floors, fixtures, and furnishing.
• Use ladders, scaffolding and rope access techniques to reach high areas.
• Paint walls, steel structures and ceilings using spray equipment.
• Follow safety precautions regarding use of paints and solvents.
• Measure and calculate materials needed and appropriate quantities.
• Ensure compliance to environment, health and safety at all times.
• Perform all tasks using rope access techniques in compliance with IRATA standards.

Knowledge & Skills

• IRATA Certification
• Minimum 1000 Rope Hour
• Strong communication in English.
• 2-3 Year Experience in Oil and Gas Industry Experience
• Ability to climb height using Rope Access technique.
• Knowledge in spray painting activities
• Proficiency in various painting techniques, knowledge of industry standards, and familiarity with welding tools and equipment
