Spool Cable Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain spooling equipment to handle wireline cables during preparation and retrieval.
• Inspect cables for damage, wear, and compliance with operational standards.
• Perform cable maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and tension adjustments.
• Ensure proper cable storage and transportation to prevent damage and maintain serviceability.
• Maintain accurate records of cable usage, inspections, and repairs.
• Adhere to Weatherford's safety policies and industry regulations during all operations.
• Troubleshoot cable-related issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
• Support inventory management for wireline cables and related equipment.

• Ability to operate spooling machines and related wireline equipment safely.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to operational demands.
• Physical capability to handle heavy equipment and perform manual tasks safely.
