Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a JavaScript/Typescript Developer at Almosafer, you will be responsible for developing advanced WhatsApp & Call Center bot solutions and creating robust API services using Node.js. Your main goal will be to develop high-quality software that aligns with our business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement WhatsApp bots to enhance user engagement and automate communication processes.
  • Designing and building Call Center Genesis) Bots' logic for better understanding customers before being forwarded to Customer Support.
  • Develop and maintain scalable Node.js API services to support bot functionalities and other business processes.
  • Work with other API services and server-side integration to ensure smooth operation and security of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and services.
  • Maintain code integrity and organization, ensuring performance and responsiveness of applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements in the JavaScript ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Field.
  • WA Engineer JD2 Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer with expertise in Node.js and frameworks/libraries such as Express.js.
  • Experience building chatbots, preferably on WhatsApp, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with API design and development, and database management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
