Job Summary
The role involves leveraging expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and platforms such as LinkedIn, and other social media channels to identify and attract top-tier talent in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specific expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Utilize recruitment portals like LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to proactively search for potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with HR managers and hiring teams to understand specific role requirements and technical qualifications.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in recruitment technologies.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, specifically within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
