Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Inception s social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content that highlights Inception s achievements, product milestones, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Monitor performance analytics, adjust strategies based on insights, and report regularly on engagement metrics.
  • Stay on top of digital and AI-related social trends to ensure Inception remains current, visible, and impactful in online spaces.

Internal Communications

  • Plan and deliver regular communications that inform, align, and inspire employees ranging from newsletters and announcements to CEO messages and internal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR to support internal initiatives such as culture, values, and recognition programs.
  • Support the development of engaging internal content formats, including videos, infographics, and town hall materials.
  • Maintain consistency of messaging and voice across all internal channels (email, intranet, messaging platforms).

Content Creation & Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, events, product, and employer branding teams to create integrated content that aligns with company goals.
  • Draft copy for social posts, internal campaigns, video scripts, and executive communications.
  • Ensure all content reflects Inception s brand, tone, and commitment to responsible AI and innovation.

Reputation Monitoring & Community Engagement

  • Monitor online sentiment and brand mentions, flagging opportunities or risks to the marketing team.
  • Engage with the community in a timely and professional manner, supporting positive interactions and sharing Inception s vision.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management and/or internal communications.
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel content strategies.
  • Proficiency with social media tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social), analytics platforms, and Microsoft 365.

Ideally, you ll also have

  • Experience working in a technology, AI, or high-growth innovation environment.
  • Familiarity with employer branding or employee engagement communications.
  • Strong visual content skills and basic familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, Figma).
  • Video scripting or light production skills for reels and internal storytelling formats.
