Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding is delivered to Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle new joiners through coordinating and managing the global solutions onboarding team.
- Responsible for ensuring all visa related matters are completed by liaising with government relations.
- Responsible for ensuring offboarding process is seamlessly completed for all leavers through continuous coordination with the global solutions offboarding team.
- Responsible for maintaining an updated org structure in compliance with the budget and forecast.
- Responsible for accuracy of all employee information and complete documentation through the employee life cycle.
- Ensure employee issues are dealt with in a prompt time frame.
- Build strong professional relationships across Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle business by providing excellent administrative services and being the point of contact for people and organization process related queries.
- Responsible for the medical insurance enrollment and deletion through coordinating with the Employee Life Cycle team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources Management.
- 2- 4 years experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
