Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding is delivered to Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle new joiners through coordinating and managing the global solutions onboarding team.
  • Responsible for ensuring all visa related matters are completed by liaising with government relations.
  • Responsible for ensuring offboarding process is seamlessly completed for all leavers through continuous coordination with the global solutions offboarding team.
  • Responsible for maintaining an updated org structure in compliance with the budget and forecast.
  • Responsible for accuracy of all employee information and complete documentation through the employee life cycle.
  • Ensure employee issues are dealt with in a prompt time frame.
  • Build strong professional relationships across Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle business by providing excellent administrative services and being the point of contact for people and organization process related queries.
  • Responsible for the medical insurance enrollment and deletion through coordinating with the Employee Life Cycle team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources Management.
  • 2- 4 years experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
