Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Do
  • Verifying the non-validated payment cases to determine the corrective actions
  • Conducting investigations into claims of fraud, waste or abuse committed by end-users.
  • Analyzing all given data on different systems to unveil patterns of claim.
  • Reviewing refund records for signs of suspicious activity, such as high cancellation rate correlated with high basket size.
  • Investigating cancellation cases, delivered cases with coupon and commission evasion
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external partners via email and phone upon demand to assure the investigation results.
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Report any instances of non-compliance or recurrence of payment risk cases to management
  • Preparing briefs regarding findings and recommendations based on investigations
  • Perform project related work which includes performing research, written communications, business case development and other activities as assigned
  • Revamping process and policies upon investigation that would assess in mitigating the loss resulted of payment risk
  • Demonstrates awareness of Mrsool operations including policies, procedures, services, and data processing system.

Desired Candidate Profile

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably Business Administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience using multiple systems with a high success record in driving positive change.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume support or transactional role in the risk space, quality specialist, compliance officer, and operations support.
  • Process-driven and task-oriented.
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs.

Who Will Excel
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience within the food and beverage or tech industry.

Required personal qualities:

  • Understanding of claims payments risk investigations and possible outcomes of investigations.
  • Ability to read and interpret data.
  • The ability to effectively manage personal workload.
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral.
  • Excellent problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail.
