Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and monitor the annual CI plan with Plant management.
Participate in OPEX audits to ensure alignment with goals and strategy.
Deploy and sustain OPEX systems, methods, and standards.
Ensure compliance with OPEX routines and tools.
Develop and implement training/coaching plans on OPEX methods and tools.
Select and apply appropriate tools from the OPEX toolbox.
Manage CI processes to engage employees in daily improvements.
Act as PMO for CI projects, workshops, and PIP activities.
Build OPEX resource skills through training and development plans.
Lead best practice identification, implementation, and sharing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Level of education : Engineer in technical field
Language : Fluent in English & French
Professional Skills : Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Techniques, Auditing, 5S, Problem Solving Techniques, Value Stream Mapping, Best Practices, Kaizen, Six Sigma
