Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and develop infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor project performance, collecting data and preparing reports to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges and resolving issues related to infrastructure components.
  • Document technical specifications, project progress, and infrastructure processes for clarity and compliance.
  • Participate in infrastructure audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in infrastructure technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure delivery or IT support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cloud services.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
