Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To ensure the effective operation, security, and reliability of all IT systems supporting aviationbr>operations, administrative functions, and customer-facing services. The IT Specialist plays abr>critical role in maintaining IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring seamlessbr>integration of aviation software and systems./p>

br> Finance Specialist Core Duty /p>

  • Provide technical support for hardware, so5ware, networks, and avia7on-specific IT systems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and network security systems.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations in compliance with company and aviationbr>regulations.
  • Support aviation applications such as flight scheduling systems, maintenance tracking software, and electronicbr>documentation systems.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions with minimal disruption to operations.br>Collaborate with operational departments to understand and support aviation-specific IT requirements.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards such as GACA, FAA, or EASA (asbr>applicable).
  • Support the implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology integrations.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for software licenses, hardware procurement, and systembr>maintenance.br> br

Desired Candidate Profile

br> Recruitment and Criteria /p>

  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldbr>(Mandatory)./li>
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified Professional)br>are preferred./li>
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role./li>
  • Experience in an aviation environment or with aviation-specific systems (e.g., AMOS,br>SITA, or airline ERP platforms) is highly desirable./li>
  • Knowledge of aviation operational workflows is a strong advantage./li>
  • Proficient in Windows/Linux server environments, networking, and cybersecuritybr>protocols./li>
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, data storage, and backup solutions./li>
  • Familiarity with aviation communication systems and industry-related IT tools./li>
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software/network issues./li>
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills./li>
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities./li>
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced aviation environment./li>
