Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Manage customer conversations across all our support channels (mainly chat or tickets)
- Answer customer inquiries in an empathetic way.
- Proactively take steps to enhance the customer experience (this requires you to call the customer occasionally).
- Evaluate our customer support processes, devise improvements, and measure results.
- Report on key customer service metrics and identify noteworthy trends.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure quick support.
- Meet customer satisfaction score to ensure customer loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
What Are We Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer care, service, or operations.
- Ability to solve problems, conflicts, and escalate tactfully
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Proven track record of delighting customers with their expectations
- Basic understanding of Excel.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts (24/7)
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
- Bachelor s degree is a must.
