Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Manage customer conversations across all our support channels (mainly chat or tickets)
  • Answer customer inquiries in an empathetic way.
  • Proactively take steps to enhance the customer experience (this requires you to call the customer occasionally).
  • Evaluate our customer support processes, devise improvements, and measure results.
  • Report on key customer service metrics and identify noteworthy trends.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure quick support.
  • Meet customer satisfaction score to ensure customer loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

What Are We Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer care, service, or operations.
  • Ability to solve problems, conflicts, and escalate tactfully
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
  • Proven track record of delighting customers with their expectations
  • Basic understanding of Excel.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts (24/7)
  • Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
  • Bachelor s degree is a must.
