Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information on spare parts availability, specifications, and pricing.
  • Conduct all sales activities indoors, primarily via phone, email, and in-person counter service.
  • Identify and engage potential customers to expand the client base, maintaining detailed records of leads, sales activities, and performance reports.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors and customer preferences to support sales strategies and business planning.
  • Follow up on marketing and direct mail campaigns through phone calls and electronic communication to generate and convert leads.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable spare parts and product solutions.
  • Stay up to date with product ranges, technical specifications, and stock availability to ensure accurate customer guidance.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the sales team to enhance competitiveness and service quality.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations to close sales and meet assigned business targets.
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Provide efficient after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • 0-3 years of experience; preferably in Automotive spare parts sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.br>Minya residents are preferred.
