Roles & Responsibilities

As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • span>Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests. /span>

  • span>Providing unforgettable spa experience to our guests by knowing the guest preferences and tailor service accordingly. /span>

  • span>Orient the guests through Spa & Fitness facility, greets guests and provides personal guest service./span>

  • span>Maintain the quality of service and overall appearance of locker areas, lounge area and restrooms. /span>

  • span>To maintain a high customer service focus./span>

  • span>To ensure that departmental operation budget is adhered to, maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses. /span>

  • span>To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you./span>

  • span>To actively promote the services and facilities of the Hotel to guests and suppliers of the Hotel. /span>

  • span>Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests /span>

  • span>To organize and perform Beauty Therapy Treatments in rooms set up to the Hilton Standards /span>

  • span>To ensure the treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked up and are properly set up prior to commencing the treatment /span>

  • span>Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as seminars, promotions and/or discounts available./span>

  • span>To achieve daily & monthly sales/ service targets./span> span> /span> span> /span>

Desired Candidate Profile

A Spa Therapist serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service industry is required
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to effectively communicate with guests
  • Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • At least 1 year experience in the spa or hospitality industry
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel property or in a wellness related field on a similar rolebr> br>
