Roles & Responsibilities

Provide a range of high-quality treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies, tailored to guest needs.

Ensure an exceptional level of guest service and professionalism at all times.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards within the treatment rooms and spa facilities.

Recommend spa products and services to guests, enhancing their experience and promoting wellness.

Collaborate with fellow therapists and spa receptionists to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through regular training and development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar luxury spa or wellness environment.
  • Internationally recognized qualifications in massage and beauty therapy.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of treatments including aromatherapy, deep tissue, reflexology, and facials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed with a professional attitude and a warm, welcoming personality.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
