A Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice and tour of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with company standards.

Here s a little taste of your day-to-day:

• Perform Spa Treatments according to the guest preference.
• Coordinate with reception colleagues regarding bookings and availability.
• Create a warm welcoming & friendly atmosphere.
• Be very aware of environment hygiene standards as well as maintain the highest standard in personal hygiene.
• Conducts a number of daily inspections to ensure cleanliness of areas under management, reporting defects and cleanliness issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain Health and Safety aspects of Spa/Spa Treatment Rooms.
• Ensure all Spa equipment is in working order.
• Participate in product knowledge days to learn about new product and methods.
• Administer uniformity/consistency in treatments.
• Sell products in line with customer needs.
• Be aware and understand the holistic benefits of all treatments offered.
• Clean up at end of each shift and after servicing each client.
• Apply suggestive retail selling techniques to maximise service and recognise opportunities to sell, add-on sell, and up-sell
• Promote enthusiastically all classes, activities, treatments & services that are offered in Spa & Recreation.

What We need from you

• Ability to build rapport with guests in a multicultural environment and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experience.
• Previous demonstrated experience in a 5 stars hotel as a Spa Therapist preferably with a luxury hotel setup.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English language to effectively communicate with guests.
