Roles & Responsibilities

Operate and maintain spa equipment, including:

  • Cryo Room

  • Light Therapy Machines

  • Oxygen Room

  • Other advanced spa technologies

Perform facial treatments and assist with skincare consultations

Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, calming environment

Follow treatment protocols and ensure consistent service standards

Educate clients on post-treatment care and available spa services

Stay updated on new spa technologies and participate in training

Maintain accurate client records and ensure hygiene and safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a spa or wellness center

Knowledge of facial treatments and skincare products

Comfortable using or learning advanced spa technologies

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional, well-groomed, and detail-oriented

Certification in beauty therapy or related field is an advantage

Must be neat, presentable, and flexible

Basic computer and administrative skills required
