About the Role
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring smooth spa reservations, check-ins, and service flow.
What You Will Do
- Greet guests and assist with reservations, check-in, and check-out.
- Manage spa schedules and coordinate therapist appointments.
- Promote spa treatments, memberships, and retail products.
- Handle guest inquiries and payments efficiently.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and inviting front desk atmosphere.
