Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, ensuring a memorable spa experience.
  • Manage spa reservations, scheduling appointments, and updating booking systems accurately.
  • Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, promotions, and facilities.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area in line with brand standards.
  • Promote spa services and retail products to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are respected at all times.
  • Adhere to voco brand service standards, health & safety regulations, and grooming guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and grooming in line with hotel standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness products is preferred.
