Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, ensuring a memorable spa experience.
- Manage spa reservations, scheduling appointments, and updating booking systems accurately.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, promotions, and facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.
- Coordinate with spa therapists, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area in line with brand standards.
- Promote spa services and retail products to maximize sales and revenue.
- Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are respected at all times.
- Adhere to voco brand service standards, health & safety regulations, and grooming guidelines.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and grooming in line with hotel standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness products is preferred.
