Responsibilities
  • Welcome spa guests warmly and ensure a pleasant arrival experience.
  • Manage the spa's front desk operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding spa services promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists for timely service.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area to reflect the spa's standards.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing transactions accurately.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Promote spa packages and services to increase bookings and sales.
  • Keep track of inventory and notify management about low-stock items.
  • Work collaboratively with spa staff to ensure seamless operation of services.
  • Update and maintain guest records and appointment schedules digitally.
  • Assist in training new reception staff to uphold service excellence standards.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative software and appointment scheduling tools.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
