Roles & Responsibilities
Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for a Spa Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, managing bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service
What Will You Do
Guest Relations :
-
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Provide information about spa services, treatments, and facilities.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a professional and positive attitude.

Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Reservations and Scheduling :
-
Manage spa bookings, including scheduling treatments and allocating them.

Confirm appointments and follow up with guests regarding their bookings and other inquiries.

Coordinate with therapists and other colleagues to ensure smooth operation and efficient use of resources.

Upsell spa services and products to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
What Will You Bring:
1. High school education or equivalent experience
2. 6 months in hospitality industry work and or fitness, health club related work
