Roles & Responsibilities

Working as a Spa Manager, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inns brand service style and behavior; you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Spa. Youll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. Were seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities.
  • Lead and motivate spa therapists and attendants to deliver outstanding service.
  • Develop innovative spa treatments, packages, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, inventories, and ensure profitability of the spa.
  • Build strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.


Desired Candidate Profile

Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for:

  • Previous leadership experience in spa and wellness management.
  • Preferably with IHG brand experience.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, trends, and wellness practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
