Key Responsibilities
Maintain full understanding of the hotel s wellness philosophy and lead spa operations accordingly
Stay current with wellness and spa industry developments to enhance guest offerings
Ensure spa treatments, classes, and wellness facilities remain relevant and high-quality
Review and assess equipment and treatment standards to meet sustainability and wellness objectives
Maintain performance benchmarks, service guidelines, and quality standards
Monitor guest comments, resolve service concerns, and implement improvements
Support continuous rejuvenation and innovation within the spa experience
Ensure adherence to operational, safety, and hygiene requirements for all spa activities

Ideal Profile
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in luxury spas or wellness facilities
Hospitality diploma or degree preferred
Training in anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, beauty therapy (NVQ, ITEC, CIDESCO preferred)
Strong understanding of spa treatments, beauty products, and wellness technologies
Service-focused, detail-oriented, self-driven, and energetic
Fluent English communication
