- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes with consistent quality and taste.
- Plan menus and ensure proper presentation of food items.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
- Manage ingredients, stock, and storage efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in India or GCC as a South Indian Chef.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
