Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and spices.
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team of culinary professionals.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations in a culinary setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
