Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
- Craft compelling job advertisements that reflect our brand and attract top-tier candidates.
- Source talent through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter (a must), job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, role fit, and motivation.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, especially for high-demand roles.
- Accurately track sourcing efforts and candidate engagement activities.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs and the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and professional hiring journey.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with preference for those with a recruitment agency background.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong people skills you enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
- High energy, a team player, and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
