Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Leading strategic sales engagements, providing expert-level technical support to clients and internal teams.
Acting as a subject matter expert on UCaaS and CCaaS technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Collaborating with the Global architecture and CSE teams to drive product enhancements and innovation
Contributing to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, product development, and processes based on customer feedback and market insights What we re looking for
Have experience in technical customer-facing roles in a UcaaS / CCaaS environment
Be highly proficient in all areas related to our products and represent the technical aspects of how we solve customer problems.
Have prior experience supporting Unified Communications, or Contact Center as a Solutions Engineer
Have experience in working within a high-volume Account environment
Have experience with API integrations and software development
Have knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices
Have familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Desired Candidate Profile
