- Use your advanced knowledge of clinical workflows to design solutions that address operational, clinical, and business challenges.
- Scope and estimate implementation and integration through accurate task analysis and work effort estimates.
- Differentiate between tactical services and value-add solutions, recommending additional services that deliver clear customer benefit.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company s main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations. This is a field role.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Bachelor's degree in areas such as Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare IT, Clinical Practice or equivalent.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in solution architecture and systems engineering, ideally within an enterprise or regulated healthcare environment.
- You have strong knowledge of healthcare informatics, including EMR, PACS, and IT protocols such as HL7 (FHIR) and DICOM.
- You understand the differences between on-premise and SaaS solutions, and can confidently advise customers on the best approach.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- You hold a PMP certification (or equivalent), or are eager to bring comparable project management expertise.
- You are comfortable spending about 50% of your time in customer-facing activities, whether remote or on-site.
