Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SolarWinds implementation projects for enterprise clients.
  • Design, configure, and deploy SolarWinds monitoring solutions at scale.
  • Integrate SolarWinds with existing IT infrastructure and third-party systems.
  • Optimise system performance and ensure high availability.
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and fine-tune SolarWinds environments post-implementation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in enterprise-level SolarWinds implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SolarWinds modules including NPM, NCM, SAM, and related tools.
  • Ability to design scalable monitoring architectures and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of network, server, and application monitoring.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (SolarWinds Certified Professional or similar) preferred.
