Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual testing for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and detailed test documentation.
• Work with various technical and business documents, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user manuals.
• Perform API testing and validate system integrations.
• Identify, track, and manage defects using project management and tracking tools.
• Support automation initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of automation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of manual testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with configuration and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python.
• Hands-on experience in automation testing using Robot Framework and Selenium.
• Experience in API testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Locust.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git.
