Job location: Abu Dhabi

A reputed Software company is looking for SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ANALYST/TESTER.
Job Responsibilities:

Working within the technical team, specifically on the software design, development & testing of the web-based product
Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability
Preparation and Execution of the full test cycle of software testing
Manual, Automation & Performance Testing of web based is a must
Create tests to identify software problems
Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
Document results of tests for the software development team
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
Research and compare similar competitor products
Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Experience / Skills Desired

Ability to work effectively with all co-workers as a good team player
Minimum 4 years of experience in web-based Software Testing
Ideally having domain experience in finance and ERP systems
Experience in Manual, Automation & Performance testing.
Proven experience with developing test documents, automated test scripts and testing web applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Automation Tools (Ruby cucumber, Selenium, Protractor)
Experience in Performance Tools (JMeter)
Programming background will be an added advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
