Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Identify and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Conduct market and user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features, enhancements, and priorities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on strategic value and stakeholder input.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that products meet all relevant standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Support Agile processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of overall experience (including 1+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role).
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in building mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Experience conducting user research and developing user stories.
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
