About You

You are a builder who takes ownership from idea to delivery. Whether your craft is Android, Backend (Java/Spring Boot), Frontend (React), or UI/UX Design, you care about quality, collaboration, and real-world impact. You’re comfortable in fast-moving environments, partner well with cross-functional teams, and thrive on shipping features that customers love.

Key Responsibilities

Common (all Software Engineers)

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to turn requirements into reliable releases and great user experiences.

• Uphold engineering/design standards through reviews, testing/validation, documentation, and continuous improvement.

• Contribute to a culture of ownership, constructive feedback, and customer-centric delivery.

Android Engineer

• Build and automate Android apps; optimize performance, security, and reliability.

• Integrate with RESTful APIs; ensure seamless UX with designers and backend teams; support QA.

Backend Engineer – Java/Spring

• Design and develop services using Java, Spring Boot/Microservices; build/consume REST APIs.

• Work with AWS, relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ); champion DevOps and automation.

Frontend Engineer – React

• Build responsive, scalable web apps using React, HTML5/CSS3, and modern JS.

• Integrate with REST APIs; optimize for performance and accessibility; troubleshoot and improve existing apps.

UI/UX Designer

• Lead discovery, user research, and usability testing; translate insights into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across web/mobile; iterate based on feedback and analytics.

What We’re Looking For

• Android: Strong grasp of Android SDK, modern UI patterns, and offline/performance tuning; experience with Compose/Flutter/Kotlin DSL; Git and CI familiarity.

• Backend (Java/Spring): 3–7 years building Java/Spring services; REST, RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL), AWS; solid problem-solving and design principles; DevOps mindset.

• Frontend (React): 2+ years with React; HTML/CSS/JS; API integration; responsiveness/cross-browser basics; Git and modern build tools (Webpack/Babel/Vite).

• UI/UX: 3–5 years in UI/UX; Figma/Sketch/XD; strong UX foundations (personas, journeys, prototypes) and visual craft; portfolio showcasing process and outcomes.

Nice to have: TypeScript, testing (Jest/RTL), Redux/Context, CI/CD, containers (Docker/K8s), NoSQL, event-driven patterns, accessibility, analytics, and payments/fintech/POS domain exposure.
