Software Engineering Manager Lucidya

You will join a team of highly qualified team engineers to continue the innovation and development of our product which uses Machine Learning & Big Data technologies to analyze content from several data sources. Lucidya offers a result-driven, fun, and dynamic environment full of challenges.
As an engineering manager, you will be leading a team of developers to increase the product offering of our SaaS which is built using industry s latest technologies. You will be expected to create processes, execute strategies and work closely with different team members to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. You will work directly under the CTO in an agile yet demanding environment. We expect you to be a fast self-learner to adapt quickly to state-of-the-art technologies.
Responsibilities
• Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.
• Ensure new features matches the management technical requirements product vision
• Determine the need for training and talent development
• Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
• Check their team s work for technical accuracy
• Coordinate work with other managers and staff
