Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that support both company and client operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop efficient, high-quality, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications and back-end systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Apply programming principles and best practices to ensure clean, maintainable code. Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Improve and enhance existing systems based on user and business feedback. Contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement of software processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, showcasing versatility in application development.

  • Experience with version control systems like Git, highlighting your ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly desirable, allowing for modern application deployments.

  • Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), enabling efficient data management and retrieval.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating clear interactions with team members and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

  • Creative problem-solving skills, enabling innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

  • A proactive mindset and a passion for learning, showing your commitment to personal and professional growth in the tech industry.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, demonstrating proficiency in coding and problem-solving.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, providing a solid foundation in software development principles.
